Virtual Veterinary Technician

We hire and train technicians specifically dedicated to your practice. We take over tasks from your in-house team and deliver high-end service following your standard operating procedures. Chronos can hire from a national pool with the flexibility to meet the needs of general, ER and specialty practices (surgery, internal medicine, cardiology, oncology, etc.). Our technicians have years of experience in delivering patient care and customer service.

This position is helpful for general, specialty, and ER practices where it’s difficult or impossible to hire trained nurses. Your Chronos credentialed nurse(s) can handle medical tasks such as scheduling procedures (surgery, dentistry, etc.), creating and explaining estimates and treatment plans, authorizing refills, etc. They can even print medication labels remotely!

For a general practice that truly cares about compliance yet is too busy to call and educate clients before their visit. Ideal for practices in growth mode since it will increase your average transaction fee. The visit will be shorter and less stressful for the patient, the client, and your team.
