Who Is This For?

This position is helpful for general, specialty and ER practices where it’s difficult or impossible to hire trained CSRs. Your Chronos CSR focuses on callers, so your in-house CSRs can cater to “live” clients. This improves customer service with both types of clients. We can even provide a bilingual CSR.

Not having phones ring all day is great for Fear Free, low-stress & feline-only practices.  

This is also perfect for house call vets (traditional, hospice care, at-home euthanasia etc.).
