Our Story: Building Lasting Partnerships in Veterinary Care

Chronos was born from the understanding that the veterinary community faces overwhelming challenges. Overworked teams struggle to provide the care their patients and clients deserve, while burnout runs high. Practices often lack the time, space, or local talent to hire and train new team members, leaving gaps in their day-to-day operations. That's where we come in.

Team Members Of Chronos

A Solution Rooted in Real-World Experience

Before COVID redefined how businesses operated, our founders faced the same struggles in their own practice in Pennsylvania. Determined to find a better way, they pioneered a solution that went beyond temporary fixes. By hiring and training remote employees who became true extensions of their in-house team, they saw immediate, transformative results:

  • Improved customer service, in person and over the phone
  • Less stress for in-house teams at the front desk and in clinical areas
  • A noticeable increase in new clients and fewer missed opportunities
  • Boosted productivity across the board
  • Dramatically reduced turnover

These changes didn’t just ease daily operations; they breathed new life into the team’s ability to focus on what matters most—caring for their patients.
